RaidCall EMS One: Week 1&2 Recap

The second CS:GO cup ended last week and we have completed half of the very first EMS One season. We would love to share some impressions, as well as VoDs of the season to summarize the latest happenings and give you lookout to the remaining two cups in Dota 2 and CS:GO.

Epsilon on a run!
Unlike make expectations, Ninjas in Pyjamas were not able to dominate the league so far. The big powerhouse of RaidCall EMS One is  Epsilon.Razer who won in Cup #1 and placed 2nd in Cup #2. But with two remaining cups, there is still a lot of rounds to be played.

The ranking so far:
1st   Epsilon.Razer (175 Points)                      5th   3DMAX (60 P.)
2nd   Ninjas in Pyjamas (150 P.)                    6th   Team ALTERNATE (50 P.)
3rd   n!faculty (100 P.)                                  7th   VeryGames
3rd   Imaginary Gaming EMS (100 P.)

Na'vi not on top: No Tidehunter are the hunted ones!

The DotA cup were waiting with a lesser surprises. The only team, with two upper placements was  No Tidehunterm who won Cup #2 and reached the semi finals in Cup #1. On their heels is  Natus Vincere who won Cup #1 but did not take part in Cup #2. But still there is a maximum of 200 Points to win so with the right move at the right time, everyone could still become 1st by the end of the cups.

The ranking so far:
1st   No Tidehunter (150 Points)                    5th   Fnatic.DotaEU (75 P.)
2nd   Natus Vincere (100 P.)                         6th   Re-defining Madness (50 P.)
3rd   Team Empire Dota2 (100 P.)                 7th   Kaipi
4th   Virtus.pro dota2 (100 P.)

RaidCall Overlay – A New Era of Social Gaming

‘RaidCall Overlay’ is a newly introduced function of RaidCall that allows gamers to use RaidCall, without having to leave the game, by displaying a compact version of the client on your screen.
It not only does it allow you to control certain functions of the client, but it also offers switching chatting rooms or instant messaging.
“’RaidCall Overlay’, itself, is not a new function of RaidCall; however, in 2012, we have completely resigned the function from scratch, improving the performance and compatibility, to make it more ‘social’ for gamers. We truly believe that social elements will shape PC gaming in 2013 and further, and we would like to be a part of this process.” says Shaka Yu, RaidCall business director. “We have the utmost confidence that ‘Overlay’ will help to improve your overall gaming experience, and we cannot wait to get first-hand feedback from our users”
‘RaidCall Overlay’ currently works in 17 games, including Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty, World of Warcraft-series, League of Legends, DotA 2 or Guild Wars 2, with on-going developments to support upcoming top PC games.
